In this study, we aimed to augment genomic prediction accuracies by incorporating high-quality functional genome annotation. We developed a customized pipeline, based on Functional-And-Evolutionary Trait Heritability (FAETH) scores (Xiang et al. 2019), to dynamically assess the relevance of variants in the whole-genome sequence (WGS) of Sus Scrofa.
