The purpose of the end-product inspection test is to supply objective public reference values for the growth, carcass and meat quality performances of end-products from different combinations of genetic types of breeding sows and boars produced by certified pig breeding organisations.This 29th test, which assessed five end-products, revealed noteworthy and significant differences in economic indicators of growth, carcass and meat quality performances.
