In 2023, global pork production is set to contract. Based on current market observations, recent market forecasts by USDA analysts seem a little cautious, and dynamics could be more pronounced.
Earlier this year, USDA analysts posted a report detailing their global market forecasts for 2023, Livestock and Poultry: World Markets and Trade. After analysis and current observations, it would appear that , resulting in a slight contraction in world production in 2023.
