An experimental truck to study pig welfare during transport

The carefully designed fitting-out of this experimental truck and the results of tests will make it possible to improve the equipment of trucks for conventional transport.We emphasise the usefulness and quality of the partnerships set up for this work: the skills and expertise of ITP, COOPAGRI BRETAGNE, the services of the Ministry of Agriculture and the companies GUITTON and ASSERVA enabled us to meet stringent specifications, while also helping to improve the workingconditions of drivers and affording a rational approach to transport costs.
